Suggestions box

Some class representatives brought their suggestion boxes to the School Council meeting with lots of creative ideas to share.

An overall theme that came from these ideas is that children would like to have lunchtime clubs start up again.

The clubs that children would most like to see are Lego club, Esports, Running club, Music club and an Arts & crafts club.

Upcoming events

School Council members would like to have a  Valentine's themed disco and cake sale  to celebrate Valentine's Day.

We would also like to celebrate Teen Mental Health Day on the 3^rd March by having a no pen day and doing lots of team building activities including a sports / races, escape rooms and a quiz.

Attendance

Our attendance officers gave some feedback about attendance in their areas. 

Whole school attendance shared:

Whole school down -1.2% (at 75.8%)

Bryncoch down -2.2% (at 84.1%)

Aspire up +2.5% (at 78.2%)
