The Zones of Regulation is an approach we follow as a whole school, that focuses on helping pupils to recognise and regulate their emotions through calming techniques, cognitive strategies, and sensory supports. Today the pupils have been looking at tools and strategies and thinking about which ones they think would be most effective for them.
