Ysgol Hendrefelin is supported by Education Occupational Therapy (OT).  The Education OT service provides support, advice, and training to all schools across the authority.

If the school has any functional school-based concerns e.g. dressing for P.E., handwriting, organising school bags, using tools such as scissors, sensory regulation, etc. school can request an Education OT advice clinic.

Schools will need to ask parents to complete an OT consent form (download a copy below).

Following a clinic with school, Education OT may recommend a variety of strategies to the school. Schools can share the OT summary sheet with parents following this appointment.

If parents have home-based functional concerns e.g. dressing, feeding, toileting, sensory regulation, etc and require Occupational Therapy, parents can self-refer and access Health OT by clicking the button below.
