Class 4 Cookery - Jam or Clotted Cream First?
This term, the learners had a fantastic time baking fruit scones with Mrs. Fellows. They learnt how to prepare the ingredients and bake the scones to perfection. However, the big debate came afterward: jam first or clotted cream first? Each learner had their own preference, which sparked a lively discussion. Some were firmly in the jam-first camp, while others believed clotted cream should go on first. Regardless of the method, the scones turned out delicious, and the activity provided a fun, hands-on way to develop practical baking skills.
