Visit to Neath Library
Pupils from our school recently had the opportunity to visit Neath Library, where they were able to explore and look at the many sections that the library has to offer.
Our pupils are able to visit Neath Library as part of their life skills outings, where they learn how to use the library and get to experience the many sections within the library. They get to look at many different types of books and can choose which ones to take back to school to use as part of their class reading time. The variety of books and topics on offer will no doubt engage them in reading and develop their interests in different topics as well as, of course, improve their reading skills, literacy skills and understanding. The pupils can re-visit the library every half-term to renew or change their books.
