In collaboration with Careers Wales and the DVLA, pupils had the opportunity to learn more about customer service skills and why these were important in the world of work in a Customer Services Workshop. It was a great session and we hope to run more like it in the future. Thanks to the pupils for being so active during the workshop, as well as our visitors who ran it so well.
