Integral to the person centred approach is the One-Page Profile.  This is the first part of the new IDP, as well as being used by professionals and staff that work with the pupil.  It is a useful document, particular at times of transition, as it shares important information about the pupil, including;

• The Pupil’s Picture
• What is important to the pupil
• The Best ways to support the pupil

Your child will have their own One Page Profile. This means that everyone who works with your child will know how best to support him/her.
